A gorgeous Summer Morning~
A gorgeous summer morning~ The balmy breeze blows, the deep blue sky in-between the rolling white clouds, traced on the bottom with hues of light charcoal gray. The hills are so magnificently green, rolling from light green to dark, as the clouds above cast rolling shadows......The trees are swaying and come to life In the breeze, hills are lined In purple flowers.....Taking all the beauty In, the breeze blows on your face.
When you walk and take In this beauty, let It cast your fears away, and be nothing but grateful for the day~ no matter what Joy or Sorrow you hold In your heart, release It~ Sometimes It Is good to take a step back, and let everything go, trust what the day holds, and surround yourself with only this day.
I think we can only be ever so grateful for the beauty of the day, and what It will bring.......Be happy for you, your health, your dreams, opportunities, your family, your loved ones......Thank God for this gift of the breathtaking beauty, the healthy beautiful day.......You matter most........It Is your day to choose.....Be ever so grateful for this Gorgeous Summer Morning :)

A Motivational Poem......... Promise Yourself
A Motivational Poem
Promise Yourself
By Christian D. Larson
Promise yourself….
To be so strong that nothing
can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity
to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel
that there is something in them
To look at the sunny side of everything
and make your optimism come true.
To think only the best, to work only for the best,
and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others
as you are about your own.
To forget the mistakes of the past
and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times
and give every living creature you meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself
that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear,
and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world,
not in loud words but great deeds.
To live in faith that the whole world is on your side
so long as you are true to the best that is in you.

The Four Agreements
"1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
2. Don't Take Anything Personally
Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own... reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.
3. Don't Make Assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
4. Always Do Your Best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret."
