Make life uncomplicated....life can be so beautiful and easy. Find joy In the small... sight, touch, feel, sounds, connection....When you look at another, no matter whom, wish good things.... just as you would for yourself, or those you love. I see so many people so caught up In judging themselves or others, wanting to look, or be something other than who they are...Be thankful for the life and body you were given, make the most of good or bad...acceptance Is key. We are given a life, a body, heart, soul, a chance...enjoy It all. Be ever so grateful for what you have. Seek joy, seek simplicity and solace. Simplicity lives In nature....just as life should be.
