Day 13 Live The Day!
Live every day like it’s your last........Be mindful. Breathe! The sensation of the air as it enters your nose or mouth and fills your lungs, and as it goes out again. Focus on It to clear the mind~
How often have you eaten a meal and not really tasted it, or completed a chore or drove to work without really thinking about it?
Our days often pass us by while our minds are elsewhere. The key to finding happiness and preventing stress is living in the moment. Be more being aware of your actions and thoughts, and what your senses bring in, in your every day routine.
No one actually lives in the moment all the time. Some, with practice, can learn to live in the moment for longer than most of us, but there will always be times when you’re worried about the future or thinking about the past, and forget to be in the moment. Live the Day! Diane~
"Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.” -Oprah Winfrey Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.

Day 12.... Spend Time With Nature
I think the best thing one can do for themselves Is to spend time with Nature. It Is so good for your Heart & Soul~ Walking, Running, Planting, or Just being outdoors!
When we spend time communing with nature, It changes us. Communing with Nature is a gradual, and enjoyable journey, first to greater self awareness, then to greater awareness of our connection to nature, and to a sense of belonging in the natural world. It increases awareness of one's own feelings and experiences. Helps Us focus on relaxation and grounding & increases us to know the feeling of being present in the moment, being aware of the nature within, and being relaxed and centered.
So visit a Creek , Lake, take a walk, bike ride, plant flowers or a garden, visit the Zoo, Aquarium or Conservatory, many choices~ Enjoy! Diane Creek near my home, Photo By Diane

Day 11.... Gifts & Choices
We are given so many God given gifts, right In front of us everyday.....God gives them to us, and provides us "Free Will" to choose what we do with the gifts given. God never forces us, he allows us to choose, to accept and use, what Is placed before us. God chooses things for Us, and If we choose to align our soul with what God gives Us, and the souls calling, everything falls into place. The "Free Will" Is aligning our soul, with where God places us............
We can ask, or pray for Divine Guidance, Help, Wisdom, Protection when we are stuck on choices, and we will be led, when we trust our Inner Spirit, our Soul. It is ultimately our choice what do do. We call on the spirit of God, who should live In our hearts, for direction, and once you use your Inner guide you will find the right way, to make the best of the beautiful Gifts given~
"Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?"
1 Corinthians 3:16
In all ancient Wisdom, people have placed God In their Heart first, and have learned to trust his Spirit, and so let It serve you as an Inner Guide, from that place.....
Hope you make the most of the Gifts In life, God has given you, to freely choose what you do with them. Have a Spirit filled Day! Diane

Day 9 Find Your Truth........
Truth Is the basis of all Love and Life.... Live your truths! We are not always wise, but truth Is. When you open your heart to God, trust, and when you understand the Truth In your heart and live It, everything flows freely. When you look Inside your heart and find your truth, you will find joy and delight. If we want to go forward, we must go back and rediscover this precious value. Find your inner truth, look for your potential greatness through your heart, you must find truth exactly where you are. The Truth Is more important than anything that can be said In this world.
We as humans can never really find peace and goodness until we find truth. Accepted truth's wholeheartedly and find true discovery. When you finally do, everything In life flows. I know am truly for the first time free, "am being done" so to speak, Instead of me controlling all things. Everything, everyday, Is now lining up with my true self, and I found pure Joy and Freedom In doing this. Truth! I wish this gift for you. Trust your Inner guidance, and the Truth will really set you free! Diane Masi

Lord, Let not our hearts deviate from the truth after selves, and unless You grant us forgiveness and bestow Your mercy upon us, we shall most certainly be lost! Koran (7:23)

Day 8 Acceptance!
Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections....When you Master acceptance, you've got It all...We must learn that some things, and people are not always perfect according to the way we think they should be. We must absolutely accept certain things that we have no power to change...People are who they are, and do what Is right for themselves, they know what Is best for them. We must most Importantly accept ourselves as we are. We cannot change anything until we accept it. Serenity comes when you trade expectations for acceptance. This Is short, sweet and the best way I can say It. When you do this, you truly are free.....Have a great week, a great Monday....Do your best this week and keep stress low when you can! Diane Since we cannot change reality, let us change the eyes which see reality. - Nikos Kazantzakis Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses. ~ C. G. Jung "If I want to be loved as I am, then I need to be willing to love others as they are." - Louise L. Hay

Day 7 ...Step Back...Rest
Embrace and appreciate rest and leisure time. Stress Is part of life, we all have It and actually need some to keep us strong or challenged, but know where to draw a line when you know you are OVERDOING IT. Sometimes we just need to take a Day and really Do Nothing!
I remember growing up In the US, there really were Sunday drives, and you better have had your gas, because all local gas stations were closed. In fact EVERYTHING was closed, accept Ice cream shops. People did not work on those days. No Malls, Stores, Doctors. There were laws that were particularly the observance of Sunday as a day of worship or rest. So you did recreational things not errands. Weekends~Saturdays and Sunday's, were Fun, Cooking, and at night we all gathered around the TV after a Family dinner or Picnic or Sporting Event and watched TV together...It was Truly A Special Day of the Week! A day to worship God, life, and family was set aside and observed, imagine that.
Even In some other cultures,or countries, especially the European culture, they really know what leisure Is, they relax on weekends, take long Holidays, gosh even during the week they stop, nap, or take a long lunch! That Is probably the reason, the quality of their work Is so great, when they do things they do It full force, and well, and they know when enough Is enough!
Do you still choose to Rest and Relax on these days? Unfortunately we live In a society that dictates never slowing down, everyone Is constantly moving or working....We lost the world and place of "Leisure Time"
Sometimes you just need to sit back, sit on the deck or patio and do nothing...maybe read or listen to music.....
Have the most Beautiful Saturday Or Sunday~~~ I DO BELIEVE the 7th Day was made for REST!!!! Diane
“Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under the trees on a summer's day, listening to the murmur of water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time”
John Lubbock quotes (English Biologist and Politician, 1834-1913)“Rest when you're weary. Refresh and renew yourself, your body, your mind, your spirit. Then get back to work.”
Ralph Marston quotes
