Day 40......... You Only Have This Day

In trying to summarize the 40 days of changing your heart and soul, I think It could be expressed best In understanding the power of now, this day......

We can always change our life from wherever we are at this moment, the past Is gone, and part of who we are. Hopefully we learned lessons that needed to be learned~To make a better day In this life.

On this day, ask yourself life changing questions......Are you really truly happy? Do you have, and bring Joy to others? Are you where you want to be? Are you living the legacy of what you will want to leave behind? How you want to be remembered this day, and tomorrow? Are you doing what fulfills your heart and soul? Are you living your dreams? Are you fulfilling your true hearts desires? Or are you stuck In fear? Are you doing what you really want, by your words and actions? Are you speaking clear truths on this day? Are you communicating your needs well, or just grumbling? Are you going to put your best foot forward starting each and every day? The choice for this day, Is yours.......

Today Is what counts to hopefully create better tomorrow's, God willing. We have the choice to live as we want, but we should never take anything for granted, and we must do It now because we never know what tomorrow may bring. We are humans, not perfect beings, but we must do our best, and love to our full capacity today.

We must keep In line with our heart and soul and be a really uplifting force In life. By being authentic, true, and loving to all, we could possibly have no regrets for tomorrow. If we live with Integrity, we would have done our best this day. If fortunate enough with prayers for God's grace, those good days will lead to better days, months, and years ahead.

Life Is In God's hands, as well as your choices, In your thoughts, prayers and decisions. If you are a nagging complainer that Is negative, and down. I would suggest learning from the great wisdom's available on such basic, simple easy ways, on how to live your best life.

You must "BELIEVE" If you want to create positive change, really read and try to understand the Great Wisdom's, some of which I have placed on these days and pages, you will find It all lays In the truths In your heart and soul.....If your outside world Is not what you want, you must examine the Inside world, and starting with self love first. You must know your own value and worth, embrace and express It. What you manifest on the Inside, WILL change your outside world!

My wish Is that the forty days brings positive change to your lives, and If need be, I would spend more time re-reading It, watching the videos and studying the ways In these pages, of true success. There are so many great spiritual leaders whom I truly thank for the gifts and understanding of this life. Use the tools given. We must understand In life, we are all connected no matter what race or religion...Value everyone.

Life need really not be complicated, simplicity Is the key to happiness. Basic laws of living. To many times we think life Is complicated, when you must realize sometimes It Is YOU that Is making your life that way. We must play the best hand with what we are given, and during pure hardship we must make the best of It, and see the valuable lessons. Sometimes we have fear, deal with It, and move past It.


Keep self care....If you are dealing with a chaotic person, don't meet them at their level, use peace, set the tone, and use clear boundaries to keep the atmosphere at the level you want. Inspire them, by staying aligned with yourself. If they don't like It at first, they will either join you at your level, or leave. Hopefully they will learn healing from you. Live the way you want, hopefully you will pass good to others. Never try to manipulate~ Be honest, be on a soul level, maybe they will meet you there.

What ever you want this day, the choice Is yours~ Anything we do, must first be based on truth, honesty and love. What you think about, you bring about. You are not ever good to anyone else, until you live your true authentic life..So If any bad feelings lay within, you must purge them until you bring out what Is right and good. Inner change, brings outer change to your world.....Welcome change, all change Is a gift. We must learn to live more humbly, with honor and peace.......Remember you do not attract what you want, you attract WHAT YOU ARE.

Open your heart and soul.. Souls are Intelligent, learn to trust yours. Follow your hearts desires. When you live In the spirit, and align your soul with your truth's, God will place all you need before you In the right time. Living In Truth = Happiness.... Day 39 Predetermination, Choices, and Will......

Destiny and Free will choice work simultaneously, some ask how? This Is the great paradox and mystery~ It Takes a leap of faith, and taking a step In the right direction, most Important trusting God and yourself.......Both work In your life. God has a plan, and somethings are predetermined for destiny, and what you choose to do with what Is placed before you, Is "YOUR" choice!!!!God never denies you free will!!!!

Let go of bad thoughts, think carefully In your thoughts and choices, what you think, does comes true~ Use your heart and soul as your Inner guide......If It feels bad or wrong, you will know It.....Not to say when you want CHANGE, It always feels comfortable, sometimes It does not. Do not let changes cause you to fear, fear inhibits change, that Is what fear does.

Do not let fear control you, sometimes when we KNOW we want change, and are headed In the right direction,then we feel a little uncomfortable. Sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone to bring good things to our lives....Do not confuse fear, for bad feelings, they are separate, you really should know the true difference.

Let your Internal passion detector, serve to know what It right or wrong, and do not let fear rob you of positive change, fear Is a waste of time and emotion. We can't always feel completely comfortable In change, however, as I said getting out of your comfort zone Is good, and essential to bring about growth and positive changes In your life, so slight discomfort Is good~

Now on good feelings, bring more Joy, goodness, happiness, love, passion and all the good things to your life. This Is a choice to do this, when you consciously choose this path, the unconscious mind will follow suite! You have the free will to choose these thing that have been placed before you by God~

Life truly Is a mystery, God Is a mystery, the heart and soul are complex. When you have faith, trust, hope, you never fail. Everyone has their own preference of how to connect to God, It lies within you.......

Some believe In not going to church, that Is their choice, some believe you can be with God anywhere, that Is true, however for me my choice and belief has always been to take one hour of my WHOLE week, and go worship the Lord, In his sacred house. I go there to receive the Mystery Of the Body Blood and Sacrament of Christ In the purest form I can be In, to receive his mystery and grace. I lend my heart to Christ, and stay open to receive him, his mystical body, unending love, and the spirit of God In my heart, I can't live without It, and It sustains me, my life and my heart! It Is a pure mystery that has never failed me, and I have so much good In my life to be so completely grateful for. I can take time to show my respect, thanksgiving, reverence, and love for God, by being In his temple for an hour, I am In mine all the rest of the week!!! This Is my personal choice on keeping my heart and soul connected, and having trust In my heart to live!

It's a list of what we would learn if dogs were our teachers. Such as:

If you want to get what you need you must ask, believe, have faith, determination, really clear dreams, and stay focused on the goal. You must pray for assistance In your needs. You must live In the spirit! Hold on to your dream even during setbacks~

The law of attraction doesn't only work on bring us good. Anything we give our heartfelt thoughts to, and energized, specifically meaning emotionalized thoughts, thoughts strong emotions like excitement, love, fear, anxiety, these will super~charge thought energy and set the law of attraction in motion. It was again, clearly written "Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. Day 37 Really Be Open~

All we have Is Love......love changes the universe around us. Be open to It to receive and give, love Is all we really have to give away~

Sometimes In dealing with others, we would like so much to help someone we love dearly, and we just can’t seem to do a thing for them, the only thing to do Is love! We must be open to acceptance of others, a key element In life. You must go about creating Joy from your own heart, In creating your day. You continually must be open to It~

The heart has two doors In and out, be open to let Love In, and It will pass Itself out to others.The gift In this Is most fulfilling and rewarding! Your soul can move your heart, let your soul feel the quality of love you have. Quiet your mind and experience this love. Just be love~

Corinthians 13:4-7 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Day 36 Be Honest With Yourself

You must be honest with yourself. People often try to hide who they truly are by trying to be normal and fit in with the crowd. Honesty is one of the most attractive qualities you can possess. Some people have become so good at hiding parts of themselves that they don't even realize a part of them is gone and has been replaced by an empty feeling or thing. And we can all do it at times. If we want others who are honest, and to be honest with us, we ourselves must be honest.......


We suffer from insecurities, we don't accept who we are, and we self-sabotage ourselves through addictions and other behaviors that don't get us what we truly want. Often, we see how we aren't being honest with ourselves in terms of any relationships. When relationships are healthy, happy and balanced, chances are that the people are in touch with who they really are, and are able to communicate who they are effectively. Love relationships that are one-sided, abusive or maybe even a little too perfect can be the result of one or both partners not being in touch with who they really are and hiding the parts they don't want seen.

When you have a strong sense of self, when you feel like you are a worthy person, it doesn't matter what other people think of you. You don't feel the need to be judgmental of others or gossip about others because you are secure with yourself and therefore grounded in acceptance of yourself and other people. You do, and say what you feel Is right for you, In a healthy way, and don't say yes when you want to say no! Honestly!

Just start to imagine what it would feel like to truly be really free to be who you are. If doing this makes you feel really happy, then you may not be hiding too much. If it is making you sad, then you may have an inner longing to be your authentic "TRUE" self. Then start being your true self daily, not worrying about controlling things or others. You will be so free In your Heart and Soul!

In being honest with yourself, you will never feel stupid. Being honest with yourself is having real emotions. Use tools to help you be more open and honest.......Really Is life changing to the heart and Soul.

Get Up earlier than usual

Set some time aside for yourself, find a quiet space where you can sit and think.

Choose a focus. Good ones include goals, career, money, family, spirituality, and love.


Take stock. What is your life all about? What is your purpose in it? What are you good at? What could you improve?

Be objective. Self-reflection and assessment can be a very emotional matter, but try to be detached from the outcome.

Be specific. What have you accomplished, why did you do it? What would you like to accomplish? What bothers you? Why does it bother you? What do you like about yourself?

Keep things in perspective. You're only human, and nobody, including yourself, should expect perfection of you.

Write things down. Putting something in words helps you to be specific. You can write in whatever way you feel comfortable expressing yourself.

View your "It, not It" List from day one of the blog I posted..... Day 35 B E L I E V E

Now talk about Day 35 falling In May, and In talking "believe" brings me to think of "The Queen of Angels" The Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother Of God.......May Is her month....For me I have so many times asked for help, and Intersession from her, and never have been failed by her gifts and Guidance.....Just as the prayer to her says....... I have given my whole heart In prayer to her, and she always came through and guided, so miraculously! What you put out In Intention WHOLEHEARTEDLY.......(not halfway) you receive! I have been so blessed, to be receptive to her secrets, mystery, and relieve her Grace~

Everyone has there own Angels and beliefs to guide them. My Intention In prayers to Mary, Queen Of Angels, and all the Angels In the Cherubim & Seraphim, and In placing my mind and heart, to what I have needed for my life, family and protection, and graces that have been received, has truly amazed me. So talking about Law Of Attraction.......You really must believe.........So I devote this day, and month to Mary.....I hope you to can place your heart and soul to your beliefs, and make your dreams come true!
