Day 19 Positivity~

Stay focused on the positive, surround yourself with good readings, music, people or Inspirations.....Especially when It Is time to unwind, keep positivity around you! If you want change In your heart and soul, stay focused on wondrous things to elevate the mood.

If you constantly put on the TV with news and surround with bad vibes, take a break from that from time to time....Positive Radio, Uplifting things, PBS also has amazing stories about people who created positive changes In your area, state or Country, that you may never have known their contributions, to where you live, and your life, and can be so Inspiring~

Example: I just watched a wonderful story about a gentle man Maurice K. Goddard who lived his whole life In my State, to conserve and build parks, I never even heard of this man, and his story really did deserve to be heard. This man gave his whole being to everyone, the gift of conserving nature, and creating a park for people within 25 miles of every area~ Very Inspiring! Stevie Nicks (Fleetwood Mac) - Landslide Lyrics

My Inspirational song that Inspired my blog theme & name!!!

Day 18 The Landslide of Love

My blog name was partially Inspired by the Stevie Nicks song "Landslide" A song about change and getting older, but staying In touch with the real you.......So I decided If my blog Inspires, I would add love to the landslide. Some things I've learned are, change Is good, continued growth, but remaining true to who you are inside, "God Is Love" you can keep and find God In you, In others, and In nature.....Our most precious gift.

In life things have to change, nothing remains the same, personally the hardest thing In life for me was to give up my children to adulthood, but that Is our job as parents, to hold their tiny hands, and then set them free to live, their heart remains in you forever.... In life and we must let go of the things we love, and change and move on to new seasons of life, however still remaining who you are inside..... I admit I do I love getting older, as much as I loved being a young person too! I love the wisdom and inner peace age brings, and Imagine If we all live more lovingly, peacefully, not just In our homes, but shared love and peace with the world and truly give Love, we can change the world Into a "Landslide Of Love" one person at a time..... Hate breeds Hate, Love breeds Love! Have a LOVING DAY :) Diane

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” ~Wayne Dyer

“We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence... We need silence to be able to touch souls.”~Mother Teresa

Excuses Begone ~1 of 13~ Dr. Wayne Dyer

Excuses Begone ~2 of 13~ Dr. Wayne Dyer

"All the things that truly matter, beauty, love, creativity, joy and inner peace arise from beyond the mind." — Eckhart Tolle

Day 17 Free Your Mind

Ultimately you MUST rid your self of the same thoughts you think you are stuck with, or you think you Inherited, that won't change In your mind.......Can be referred to as Mind Viruses....they are every where since birth......We know they exist everyday In our world, seeds planted In our heads.....What you should and should not be and do.......You can't do this you can't do that.........You can not find Harmony & Balance with negative thoughts, doing the opposite of what you want, running through your brain. There Is not room to change your heart, if negative viruses infect In your mind, heart & soul.........Clear your mind of them....focus on God, trust his goodness. Trust your own good thoughts....

I highly recommend "Excuses Be Gone" By Wayne Dyer
Have a beautiful Day.....Diane

"Having a mind that is open to everything and attached to nothing sounds easy until you think about how much conditioning has taken place in your life. Having a mind that is open to everything and attached to nothing seems to me to be one of the most basic principles that you can adopt to contribute to individual and world peace." Wayne Dyer

Value yourself.

The only people who appreciate a doormat are people with dirty shoes. - Leo F. Buscaglia

The 12 Laws of Karma

Day 16 Your Value

Trust your own value, It is Inside yourself not outside of yourself, the Divine lives In you, seek It..... Real self, not ego, find your truths and stand for them, not letting anyone walk on that..... Try focusing on your true self first, not always trying to make every person please you, and satisfy you all the time, and also stop worrying about trying to make everyone else happy all the time. When you find It In you, your value, the happiness will then spread to others, without trying so hard to please them, It will be more natural~ and then more joy will flow back to you! It is best to not depend on external sources, or others, to fulfill you, your needs or satisfy you every moment, you must find your value to get and give happiness! True value spreads with no effort..Value what and who you are, Instead of thinking about what you are not! Value you.

“Love is the expression of one's values, the greatest reward you can earn for the moral qualities you have achieved in your character and person, the emotional price paid by one man for the joy he receives from the virtues of another.” Have a Beautiful Day! Diane

If we are to go forward, we must go back and rediscover those precious values - that all reality hinges on moral foundations and that all reality has spiritual control.

Manifest plainness,
Embrace simplicity,
Reduce selfishness,
Have few desires.

Simplicity

Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius—and a lot of courage—to move in the opposite direction.
E. F. Schumacker

Day 15 Simplicity

Simplify everything In your life.....When you make choices to make home life simple, you don't confuse anything. Unfortunately In the business I was In, and still, I see people all around me making so many things complicated, where they need not be. They were, and are so seemingly unhappy. Personally for myself I did not get It, because I lived a simplified home life, & was very happy with what I had. People confuse themselves, then say how complicated everything Is. Well If you are putting yourself In a position of making to much available, wanting to much, or complicating everything by adding the unnecessary, that Is what you get, confusion.

Simplicity = eliminate the unnecessary. Have a Simplified Day!!! Diane

Ann Morrow Lindbergh (Gift from the Sea)
I have learned by some experience, by many examples, and by the writings of countless others before me, also occupied in the search, that certain environments, certain modes of life, certain rules of conduct are more conducive to inner and outer harmony than others. There are, in fact, certain roads that one may follow. Simplification of life is one of them.

Day 14 Giving

Perhaps the single most powerful way to succeed in life is to have more concern for our fellow Human beings and our Environment.... Support Your Cause, give to what you support In your heart, In small ways. It can be our Environment, Charities, Animals Etc.......whether It be volunteering time, prayers and love, small amounts of money, or donating clothes or household Items, or getting others to do so. There Is so much need out there and some people appreciated the smallest things! In giving you connect with life and others~ Have a Beautiful Day :)
