The Ripple Effect: The Heartbeat to Eternity ~ In Loving memory of Ryan Ramirez This is dedicated to the Ramirez Family..Its about the the Ripple Effect........Recently dear friends of our community lost their beloved son. The community pulled together for this family in ways that show what love people are truly made of, how good people really are. Ryan, his Mom, Dad and Brothers left a heartbeat, a ripple effect then occured, in fact the whole entire family spent days, months, years serving the community........it rippled back, now the community has reached out to this wonderful family in their time of great sorrow. Personally my heart, prayers and mind have been with this family, my dear friends too, as well as in the hearts and minds of all our wonderful friends in this community............This is a great community, filled with families who all know what truly matters most in life, friends who value one another...... ....In this a tragic loss, we learned.......We are all love..we all affect one another. We are truly blessed to have known Ryan in his short time, he was a shining star of light...If you have five and a half minutes watch this video below, and read what this is really saying....... I dedicate this to Ryan~ its his heart, its still beating, he has and always will have a lasting effect. Ryan was a beautiful soul, this is to his beautiful parents Shari and John and Beautiful Brothers Alex and Sean. No matter how much pain you go through, no matter how hard it is to understand....... I hope you all find comfort in knowing the lasting effects of Ryan's heart, his impact on everyones lives......The ripple effect....... This is especially for all Ryan's family too...... all those who are suffering in losing him..... to all his loved ones, Cousins, Aunts Uncles, Grandparents,friends and community who miss him so much, embrace his light, he will shine on~Diane Masi

Today is September 1st........... as the wind blows and the sun radiates along with the blue sky....... just so grateful for what God has given us to enjoy. Soon it will be fall, a time of Thankfulness, Harvest, Abundance, Beauty. We need to be ever present in this moment, knowing all is as planned and all is well. Happy September to all and may it be a timer of hope and refection of the bounty of things given like Family, Friends, Love and Nature, these are the only things that truly matter. It is a blessed day any day you wake up and experience life amidst any trials, joys or goings on. God give us people and places to enjoy and experience, and its never okay to disrespect or disregard anyone's life or person. I see joyful beautiful people mostly, and I also see people who hate and disrespect, on the ladder I can't imagine why? Each person is a gift from God no matter what race, creed or nation they are from. Sometimes maybe you don't really like someone or their behaviors, but hate, jealously and evil is always wrong on every level..... it is hard to understand why any human acts this way. We as humans should never wish another Ill will. Life is precious and should be respected, valued, joyful, caring, helpful and kind..... always. People are gifts, as is the sun, the rain, the green grass, the azure blue sky, animal's, fish and birds. Food and meals are a blessing as is the gift of water. Do you take any person or gift for granted? Are you joyful or hateful towards others? We are in charge of our thoughts and mind, we bring upon us what we project out into the world. We all affect one another. Daily, we need to reflect, pray for goodness and Grace in this world in hopes we create a better world, workplace, home and family, we can become more peaceful starting one by one with ourselves. The sun is like God it never gives up, it arrives every morning and sets every evening....even though we are spinning and moving all the time....it brings us light, warmth, growth and cheer. You are much admired and appreciated for your great contributions to make our work environment and the customer experience extraordinary, a place all want to be in on a day to day basis. Your many faceted talents are un-ending. The ease you bring to those around you when you had days on end of never ending tasks and many responsibilities, is truly remarkable. You stopped and took time...you helped everyone learn to be a better associate, teaching full potential, you lead by example, showed concern and care for others, despite what you had going on......Your ability to put employees and customers first has left it's mark here. You are admired for your amazing ability to manage all in front of you, your strength during trials was done with ease and lightness, the joy you have brought to the day, the compassion you have shown for others and your strong leadership will not be forgotten~You are bright beacon of light and joyfulness when you walk into a room. Thank you for making many days brighter for those around you. Many days you have served others with integrity and sincerity on the long path of your journey in your career, the endless days and nights you gave, all contributed to a successful team environment, a better workplace, a true asset to the company's growth and future.
Now comes a time for change, we are only given the now, this moment in time.....God has another plan for you, this is a natural part of the life process. You have served almost three decades of your life, and so you have given unselfishly, you left an imprint on many lives. God directs our paths, Its time for you, time for family, time for things you enjoy, your kitties, art, Florida, water, food and music, extra time for your Mom, Hubby, Friends and Family. Everything in life has it's seasons. You are now embarking on a season of change, a new path a new direction, a new page, a new door, a new window. What surprises lie ahead? There was a Cardinal sitting on my railing today in the snow! Spring won't be far off, not many more days of winter... I take nothing in life for granted.......................each bite of food I eat I am thankful, I thank God....When It is cold I am Thankful for warmth....I am Thankful everyday to be able to provide these things through work....I am so very thankful for my dear family and friends. I thank God for them, I appreciate them. It is in gratitude in the small we find keys to life. This morning in the bitter cold the sun was shining, there were dark clouds and bursts of Azure blue and in the radiant sun it was breathtaking. I was so grateful to see this. I usually take pictures but I was driving, so its imprinted in my mind. The fiery and beauty at once in the sky reminds me to stay humble and know there is something greater than us, something bigger. ©Diane Masi

Have much Faith~This Is Life: Diane Masi
Life Is full of so many things; Happiness~ Sadness, Simpleness~ Complexities, Laughter~Tears, Beauty~ Ugliness, Light~ Darkness, Celebrations~ Sorrow, Victories~ Defeats, Forgiveness, Pain, Joy, Passion......Some days we understand life, and some days we don't. Life Is many things, It can be very joyful and understood, and then be so complex we do not seem to know the answers. Silence always brings answers, prayer always brings answers, It may not always be what we think It will be,
sometimes better things happen when we think they won't. If we don't feel right, or feel that something Is wrong In our hearts, we need change, we need to turn a page, a corner, a path. We need to lean on our faith In God for answers, they always come. In life as always, we must feel all, this way good things fall into place. Challenges and Faith bring us to growth, and better understandings. In triumph and pain, In gratitude and gladness always Thank God, always seek God....You will always get the answers comfort and protection you need. Have much Faith. This is life. By Diane Masi
