If you did a passion list from day one of my posts, review It, and keep your focus on what does "It" for you.......You can keep a small trinket, or rock with you, and use It as a tool to remind you of your passions, and where you want to be....When you have negative feelings, turn them to good thoughts, look at your trinket to remind you of your passions..........For me what works Is my focus on God, when I think of anything that feels bad, I immediately turn to him, and my thoughts change.....Because through God we are taught Pure Love, Joy, Beauty, Grace, Thanksgiving, Peace, Virtue, Purity, Spirit, Forgiveness, and all GREAT thoughts, I trust In him, It Is what has always worked for me~
